The Challenge
A London-based financial services organisation with multiple international office locations required support to coordinate a programme of energy audits as part of its wider ESG and carbon reduction strategy.
The programme involved collaboration with a Dublin-based building consultancy and required coordination of technical specialists, operational stakeholders, and large volumes of site and utility data across multiple locations.
