Most of my work is about helping organisations make change work in practice — by bringing in the right people, using simple, effective systems, and communicating clearly at every stage.
I like working with teams on the ground and helping bind people together so change actually gets delivered. I have five years’ direct experience supporting SMEs, alongside broader change and project work across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.
